MAINTENANCE
Here at Onyx, we are committed to maintaining our machines in the best condition possible and servicing the machines in a timely manner.
Our personnel will respond quickly to any service issues within 24 hours of reporting to diagnose and determine appropriate repair service. Notice will be given if machine is not in service for repair and an estimate time for repair will be provided.
During our visits, not only will we be ensuring items are restocked but also that the machine is functioning properly by conducting the following maintenance tasks, which include:
Wipe down and sanitize visible surfaces
Testing Coin and Dollar Mechanism
Testing Credit Card Reader Function
Verify machine placement (ventilation, stability, etc)
Inspect condenser coils and compressor
Confirm product dispensing functioning with no issues
Our maintenance cycle will typically occur on a 30-day recurring basis.
Product Restock Service
The frequency as to when we restock product varies from client to client based on individual service need and location’s operating hours. Depending on foot traffic, the machine may need to be serviced more often or on a bi-weekly schedule. Some locations may only need service once a month. We monitor product inventory either virtually or in person to gauge service cycle.
Once you engage our services, we will initially inspect a week after initial placement to ensure products are dispensing correctly and machine is functioning properly. Then, we will visit in approximately 2 weeks to gauge restock cycle. Once we identify trends in products dispensed, we will gauge how often to visit as to minimize any potential disruption to the client’s day to day business activities.
